Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Owlvox (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Owlvox helps real-estate agencies respond to inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp via AI-generated replies and automated phone qualification calls. Features and channels evolve; we'll notify you of material changes.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the agency you sign up for.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. Use strong, unique passwords.
  • One account per agency. Share access through proper team-member invitations once that feature is available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Contact people who haven't expressed interest in your listings (no cold-spam).
  • Place calls outside the consent and legal frameworks of the prospect's country.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Misrepresent the identity of your agency or the AI assistant's role.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Pricing & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Plans include a monthly call quota; exceeding the quota stops auto-calls until renewal or upgrade.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
  • The pilot offer (“30 days free”) applies only when explicitly granted in writing. Pilot terms override these defaults for the pilot period.

5. Third-party services

The Service depends on Meta (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp), Vapi, OpenAI, Twilio, Google Calendar, and Lemon Squeezy. We don't control their availability or pricing. If a third party changes terms in a way that materially affects the Service, we'll inform you and adjust accordingly.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual SLA. The Service is provided “as is” during the pilot phase. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost viewings, lost commissions, or reputational harm.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, we retain billing/audit data per our Privacy Policy retention rules and delete prospect records within 90 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tunis, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right in your jurisdiction.
